Stewart Nazzaro – Founder
Following two decades of senior executive experience with top tier global corporations, Stewart Nazzaro founded Aldebaran Partners in 1998 to provide innovative expansion initiatives and operational transformations for his corporate, family office and not-for-profit clientele. Mr. Nazzaro draws upon a rich history of corporate relationships and a deep bench of consultant talent to provide clients with dynamic solutions to effect meaningful change. With each new project, Mr. Nazzaro partners with the executive management to define a firm’s key strengths and challenges while developing and implementing practical solutions that reflect unique and often complex organizational dynamics.
Although initially a telecommunications, media and private networking specialist, Mr. Nazzaro’s breadth of work has expanded over the past decade to include renewable energy, cybersecurity and fin-tech, agriculture and ag-tech, and transportation and logistics – all with an overlay of organizational change management. Additionally, because of the capital-intensive and high-tech nature of these specialty areas, Mr. Nazzaro has amassed a deep expertise in structuring project and real estate finance and, likewise, developing the integrated financial modeling required for clients to attract those sources of financing.
Stewart earned his Bachelor of Science from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications of Syracuse University. After graduating, Stewart forged a successful career managing radio and cable television operations, before entering the global M&A practice of Communications Equity Associates’ (CEA), where he crafted the acquisitions and managed subsequent operational integrations of global telecommunications and media giants, including Sky Television, Time Warner, TCI, the Asian Business News Network and Bell Atlantic and Pearson, to name a few.
Tracy is a specialist in the organization and management of new and developing businesses. She has successfully conducted over forty business expansion initiatives since 1996 which included detailed financial and operating assessments. Ms. Bloch is Vice President of Aldebaran Partners and works as an advisor to a diverse range of businesses, including oil and gas, real estate, media and telecommunications companies Trained as an international investment banker at Communications Equity Associates, Inc., she was responsible for the management of the company’s Hong Kong-based operations. Most recently she was Director of Operations and Administration for M60 Media LLC, which markets the American Stock™ lifestyle brand both on a mass retail basis and direct-to-consumers.
Over the last fifteen years, Ms. Bloch has been credited with the preparation of numerous business and restructuring plans, which have resulted in complete client satisfaction. Additionally, she has participated in financial and operational roles in over fifteen companies and non-profit organizations on a tactical basis.
A graduate of the University of South Florida 1991, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communication and business administration.
